Waited 4 weeks on my phone and only recieved the sim and claimed they lost the phone after taking the first months payments from me even tho I had no phone? Rang them everyday and no one had a clue what they were doing !! Don’t waste ur time

Excellent service, very easy to order, phone arrived the next day as stated. I’d recommend Mobile Phones Direct and would have left a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the follow up phone call trying to sell me insurance for the handset when I’d left that option when ordering as I didn’t want it. But overall very happy.

The phone was delivered on time and in excellent condition but I gave my PAC because I wanted to keep my number but it wasn’t forwarded to O2 so I had to do the it myself so was days unable to use the phone.

Delivery good, but emails gave false information about the tracking details. I could track order until email received from DPD just before delivery.

All good except I was getting a phone for my wife and sent my ID but they needed hers. They didn't let me know that. The phone line was very good though and sorted it out straight away. Overall very good.

Such a frustrating and difficult five months with MPD.I have been trying since September 2020 to get cashback on my phone account but still do not have the cashback. My order was placed over the phone in 2019, the sales person said I could still claim the 5 amounts of cashback when each was due. This was correct up until I decided to try to claim the fourth amount. I had about ten days left of the claim period but unfortunately by then MPD had changed the cashback form and I could no longer claim for my cashback online.I have rung twice and emailed countless times since. During the phone calls I was told we have put the request in for your cashback. Also that it has been escalated to the tech dept. On the second occasion I was told a manager will ring you this afternoon. Nobody did ring- that day or since. On January 21st I emailed again. I was told I would hear from them in 3-5 working days because my email had been escalated to a complaint. It is now 18 working days later, and again NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME. I have drafted an email to the CEO but have been unable to find up to date details for who this person is.Nobody has ever explained why phone orders have been retrospectively excluded from cashback and what the legal basis is for this exclusion. Nobody has explained why five months later I am still having to email, phone or whatever and get angry. This whole experience has been so difficult that I have decided that I will definitely not be taking out a contract with them again. It makes no sense to do so.5th March 2021I still have not heard from anyone at MPD- by phone or by email. However, I think I have now had my cashback, there was a payment into my bank account from AO Mobile that would seem to cover the cashback. It took nearly 6 months but I suppose better late than never!

Order a phone and monies was withdrawn from my account same day. Next day was asked for security identification which I provided. Next email I received was a cancellation of order with no reason or explanation. Now have to wait 3 to 5 for a refund which I feel is unacceptable. Purchased the same phone with another supplier on same contract and order was processed immediately, no hassle and delivered the next day. I have no credit issues and this is the first time I have had problems with a purchase of goods.

Best value deal across all suppliers and networks. Quick processing and delivery. Part of AO which is a trusted company for me.

Gave the pac code over to transfer my number and it didn't happen. Had to ring new provider who again didn't activate it, so now, daughter was given new phone for Christmas but it will be a few more days for it to be activated after a 3rd phone call. Only good thing is the deal itself and the delivery time.

Very quick service, but old number didn’t transfer, so I had to contact my provider directly to sort it out. Had to wait 2 days for number to transfer. Shame.
